Educational resources on ISIE website

The ISIE Development Board has been developing a new "Educational resources" section within our website, available at: https://is4ie.org/resources/educational. The intention is to compile IE-related textbooks, courses and degree programs. This may be a useful reference for both students and instructors in our field. We warmly welcome feedback on ways to improve this content. You are also welcome to suggest entries to include. We hope you find this useful.
