I'm a professor of Resilient Resource Supply and head of the Department of Industrial Ecology at the Institute of Environmental Science of Leiden University. My main research interests are related to the resource Nexus, material constraints and resilient material supply chains as well as low-carbon energy technologies. Furthermore I am interested in the methodological development of IE tools, specifically MFA/SFA and (prospective). LCA.
