Details

Michael Stamatis holds a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Technology from the Ionian University and a Master’s degree in Bioeconomy, Circular Economy and Sustainable Development from the University of Piraeus. He is currently pursuing his second Master’s degree in Industrial Ecology, a joint programme of TU Delft and Leiden University in the Netherlands. He has hands-on research experience with drone-based agricultural applications through the Horizon Europe ICAERUS project, where he contributed to LCA modelling. His broader interests include sustainability transitions, circular economy strategies, and the integration of environmental, economic, and technological insights to support more resilient and equitable systems.
