I am a PhD candidate in Chemistry at Université Côte d'Azur, building upon a solid foundation of 8 years of experience in the chemical industry (2015-2022) and a multidisciplinary academic background. I hold an MSc in Chemical Innovation and Regulation from a joint program of the Universities of Bologna, Barcelona, and Algarve, where I conducted a thesis on Material Flow Analysis of rare earth elements in electric vehicle motors. My industrial career was primarily focused on polymer R&D, quality control, and process optimization using Lean Six Sigma methodologies. I began my career as a Chemistry graduate from the University of Antioquia, working on the development of catalysts for heavy oil treatment. My research interests now converge on applying Industrial Ecology tools like LCA and MFA to drive sustainability in the materials sector.Research Interests
