I am currently pursuing a PhD in urban geochemical mapping with a focus on the cities of Milan (Italy) and Swabi (Pakistan). My research investigates the spatial patterns of heavy metals, such as mercury (Hg) and arsenic (As), in relation to urban infrastructure, soil characteristics, and potential environmental risks.

My name is Hamza Waheed and I hold a Bachelor's degree in Geology from the University of Swabi and a Master's degree in Geosciences from COMSATS University Islamabad, Pakistan. I have several publications including paper and abstracts.
Research Interests
With a strong academic foundation in Earth sciences, my interests lie in environmental geochemistry, particularly the behavior and distribution of contaminants in water and soils.
