About

Personally, I project myself as an international leader in the development of research, technology scale up and teaching in an academic level focused on applied biotechnology related to the management and optimal use of organic residues, with emphasis on the development of clean energies, bioproducts, economic development and sustainability, with the aim of preserving natural resource and the environment. Currently, I'm working developing PLA based/bioplastics and mycelium-based materials from agro residues, as well as soil amendments via composting. In addition, I complement my research with life cycle assessment and techno/economics analysis to estimate the potential environmental benefits and economics costs associated respectively
