Fangjie Liu is a PhD student from City University of Hong Kong. Before she joined CityU, she obtained her Bachelor's degree in 2019 from Huazhong University of Science and Technology. She then completed a dual Master's program, earning degrees from both Huazhong University of Science and Technology and École des Mines de Paris in 2022. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. at City University of Hong Kong. Before joining City University, she worked in the Energy Department of the United Nations Industrial Development Organization, where she assisted in compiling the "World Small Hydropower Development Report 2022."
