I am a doctoral candidate in Economics at the University of Cologne, specializing in energy economics and the economics of climate change. My academic background includes an International Master’s degree in Environmental Sciences (M.Sc.) focusing on circular economy and resource economics, and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics (B.Sc.), with an exchange semester at EAESP Fundação Getulio Vargas in São Paulo, Brazil.Currently, I work as a Research Associate at the Chair of Economics, Energy, and Sustainability and hold a doctoral fellowship at the Energy Economics Institute (EWI). My professional experience includes roles in environmental policy, energy, and sustainability research at the German Economic Institute (IW).
I have co-authored several in-house publications for a think tank on topics such as circular economy, material flows, and the economic role of forests in mitigating climate change, reflecting my commitment to sustainable and innovative solutions for global challenges.
