As an experienced Mining Engineer with a Ph.D. in Mining Engineering from Amirkabir University of Technology (Tehran Polytechnics), I am currently a Research Associate at the University of Cambridge, leading innovative research on critical mineral processing and sustainability. My work focuses on mitigating supply risks associated with critical minerals, an area of growing importance as we strive for a sustainable future.
Research Interests
Throughout my academic career, I have developed a robust understanding of sustainable mining practices, advanced mining technologies, and supply chain analysis. My doctoral research explored the environmental, economic, and social impacts of deep and large-scale open-pit copper mines, providing insights that contribute to the responsible management of mining resources.
