About

Currently engaged in a sustainability project, I am scrutinizing corporate carbon emission data to validate their sustainability claims. My expertise in carbon emissions analysis (Scope 1, 2, and 3) and product Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), grounded in GHG Protocol training, is pivotal in this endeavor. My proficiency in Python and Sima Pro software is instrumental in conducting this research efficiently.

My academic journey began with a focus on urban planning, evidenced by my early research on non-motorized vehicle lanes in Chittagong during my undergraduate studies. I then explored the fire resistance properties of steel structures using advanced simulation tools, a project recognized at ICCESD 2022. My thesis, guided by Professor Dr. Muhammad Ashraf Ali, delved into the environmental impacts of Silica and Phosphate on Calcium Carbonate Precipitation, contributing valuable insights to the field. The publication on the work was accepted as book chapter which can be found on Springer.

Post-graduation, I embraced the role of Research Assistant for the prestigious “Living Deltas Research Hub,” funded by UK Research and Innovation and executed by IWFM at BUET. This position involved extensive fieldwork in southern Bangladesh, where I conducted critical water sampling and analysis, uncovering vital data on physio-chemical and microbial compositions. My responsibilities extended to community engagement, budget management, and leveraging remote sensing tools like ArcGIS and Google Earth Engines for Land Use Land Cover (LULC) analysis.

My experiences have equipped me with a unique blend of technical expertise, strategic planning skills, and a profound understanding of environmental issues. I am eager to apply these skills to new challenges and opportunities, striving to drive sustainable solutions in my future endeavors. Let's connect and explore how we can make a positive impact together.
