I am currently doing my PhD in Management at Universidad de los Andes in Colombia. My dissertation proposal is focus on studying the social embeddedness of industrial ecology, mainly in three dimensions: materiality, relationships and management.Details
In 2021 I completed my Bachelor of Business Administration at the Universidad de los Andes School of Management. Right after that, I started my Master of Research in Management and during that time I participated in two projects. The first one related to the study of organizational learning and adaptation in covid-19 in three colombian sectors: health, academy and business. The second one, was an international project financed by the ICRD, in which my participation was focused on conducting research about resilience of health system during covid-19 time and covid-19 vaccination. As a result of those projects, I coauthored three papers and one book.
