Jing Zhao is an associate professor at the School of Public Policy & Management at Tsinghua University, and an associate director at Tsinghua’s Center for Industrial Development and Environmental Governance. Her research focuses on policy process theories, environmental and industrial policies, and emerging economy regulation. Her research has been supported by the National Natural Science Foundation, National Social Science Fund of China, and Tsinghua University. Her research appears on journals like Public Administration, Policy Studies Journal, Environmental Science & Technology, and Environmental Research Letters. Jing was a visiting scholar in the Department of Political Sciences at Massachusetts Institute of Technology. She received her B.S. in Geographic Information System at the School of Resource and Environmental Sciences, Wuhan University, and her Ph.D. in Public Administration at the School of Public Policy & Management, Tsinghua University.
