About

I am an Assistant professor at Tel Aviv University studying food systems, ecology and sustainability.

My current research at the Porter school of the Environment and Earth Sciences at Tel Aviv University explores the links between nutrition, environment and food in land, ocean and urban environments towards advancing sustainable food systems. I am also the co-founder and chair of the Israeli Forum for Sustainable Nutrition, a not-for-profit organization that promotes the establishment of a sustainable food system in Israel.
