I am a current first year PhD student at Newcastle University.
Details
I have studied for both my bachelor's and my master's degrees at Newcastle University, returning after a year out to complete my PhD. My bachelor's degree is in mathematics and my master's degree is in environmental engineering: with my dissertation focusing on life cycle costing of the recycling processes from lithium-ion batteries specifically from electric vehicles in the UK. My PhD thesis will be based around material flow analysis and life cycle assessment of the recycling processes for lithium-ion batteries from all appliances across the globe.
