I'm a Marine Biologist and Ecologist with a doctoral degree from the Universities of Split and Dubrovnik in Croatia. Currently, I serve as the Manager of Administrative Affairs at the Department of Physics at the University of Split, Faculty of Science. In this capacity, I provide guidance to doctoral students, offer administrative support, and collaborate with academic boards to ensure the smooth functioning of the department. I've also played a key role in the Technology Transfer Office, fostering collaborations between academia and industry, and have spearheaded several impactful initiatives aimed at advancing scientific research and innovation. With a dedication to promoting academic excellence and fostering interdisciplinary collaboration, I strive to contribute to the vibrant academic community across various fields of science.
