I'm an Architectural Engineer, from Rome originally. Currently a PhD student at the University of Pittsburgh at the school of civil and environmental engineering.
I graduated in Rome at La Sapienza University. I got my master in Architectural Engineering (Ingegneria Edile-Architettura), with a mater thesis oriented at the reuse of industrial archeology structures in the city of Rome. In the following years I worked for both architectural and consulting engineering firms in Italy and New Zealand. In New Zealand I was also a teaching fellow at the University of Waikato in Hamilton, teaching "Timber Design and Construction".
I am interested in Urban Metabolism and Sustainable Urban Planning.
