My research focuses on understanding the environmental impacts of technology transitions. I'm particularly intrigued by how changes across global supply chains influence the environmental performance of emerging technologies and industries. My work is grounded in the life cycle assessment methodology, often integrating other approaches such as scenario analysis, mathematical optimization, and material flow analysis. Applications of interest include critical minerals supply chain, waste management, chemicals production, plastic recycling, and information and communication technologies.
