Mingming Hu is working at regional metabolism, particularly related to construction. Her current research is on green cities, sustainable built environment and circular economy in the construction sector.
Details
She obtained her PhD degree from CML, Leiden University for the thesis entitled “Dynamic material flow analysis to support sustainable built environment development”. She is a main researcher in several EC funded projects in the field of circular construction, such as C2CA, HISER, VEEP and ICEBERG, and an initiator for the cooperation projects with China, including Asia-Link project - ProtEA, NWO-MOST project - SIPs and NWO-CAS project - MultiGreen.
