We are recruiting a 3-year fully funded Marie Curie PhD student within the MSCA Doctoral Network QuiVal – Quantum-Inspired Valuation of Circular Real Estate QuiVal.

🔬 PhD research focus:
This PhD explores multi-level material cycles and market dynamics, investigating how production, use, recycling, and cross-sector material flows jointly shape the value of demounted building materials.
The project will develop a holistic assessment framework linking the building sector with other sectors (e.g. transport), and apply it to key materials such as steel, copper, timber, and aggregates, incorporating quantum-inspired approaches to capture market volatility and systemic interactions.
