Dear ISIE Community,
We are pleased to announce the AI for Sustainability (AI4S) Postdoctoral Associate Program at Cornell University. This is an exciting opportunity for postdoctoral researchers to engage in cutting-edge research at the intersection of artificial intelligence and sustainability. This program is part of the Cornell AI for Sustainability Initiative (CAISI) and is designed to foster interdisciplinary collaboration and develop AI-driven solutions for urgent global challenges—including sustainable materials, energy system decarbonization, food sustainability, and climate resilience.
AI4S postdoctoral associates will collaborate with CAISI-affiliated faculty and research teams across Cornell, leveraging the university’s world-class facilities and vibrant research environment to conduct impactful, interdisciplinary work. We welcome applications from researchers with strong academic backgrounds in AI, machine learning, systems analysis, or sustainability science, especially those passionate about applying AI to real-world environmental and societal challenges.
