Dear colleagues,
we are looking for for a motivated and skilled Postdoctoral Researcher to work in a three-year position within the Horizon Europe project “EPISODE” (European Produced sustaInable SODium-ion battEries for stationary applications).
The focus of the research will be the sustainability assessment of emerging energy storage systems, specifically the development of advanced data processing approaches for inventory modelling and impact assessment methods for circularity and supply risk.
We offer cutting-edge research with a close connection to the European battery research ecosystem, including Batteries Europe, EERA, and the European battery value chain.
Alcalá de Henares is a historic city and UN heritage site located just outside Madrid. Alcalá is known for its rich cultural heritage, vibrant community, and as the birthplace of Miguel de Cervantes, offering a unique blend of history and modern amenities.
