Dear ISIE Community,
Cornell University is thrilled to announce the AI for Sustainability (AI4S) Visiting Professorship, an exciting opportunity for faculty scholars at all career stages—junior, mid-career, and senior—to join us in advancing sustainability through artificial intelligence. This program, part of the Cornell AI for Sustainability Initiative (CAISI), invites experts to collaborate on critical research and teaching in AI for Energy Materials and AI for Energy Systems.
The AI4S Visiting Professorship offers a unique platform for visiting faculty to work alongside Cornell’s renowned faculty, students, and industry partners, addressing global challenges in energy, materials, and climate solutions. Scholars are encouraged to bring doctoral students for extended research training, creating meaningful, lasting collaborations. Nominations are now open for the 2025-26 AI4S Visiting Professorship.
