I am a Ph.D. student at Tohoku University in Japan. I have identified you as an expert in international investments in overseas electricity generation projects. To determine the different conditions that build an attractive environment for overseas investments in coal-fired power plants and renewable energy in a host country receiving international assistance, I've created a short survey.
