Call for speakers for Special Session on 'Planetary Boundaries and IIOA" at 2019 IIOA conference

Dear All,

I am writing to let you know that I'm organising for a special session on “Planetary Boundaries and IIOA” at the 2019 IIOA conference on June 30 to July 5 in Glasgow, Scotland.

I am wondering would anyone be interested to give an invited presentation. Any work on absolute sustainability, operationalisation/downscaling of planetary boundaries are welcomed.

Exiting presenters include:

  • Dr. Harry Wilting from PBL Netherlands: ‘Translating planetary boundaries to China, the EU, India and the US’, following his high-profile work on 'Towards a safe operating space for the Netherlands: Using planetary boundaries to support national implementation of environment-related SDGs'.
  • Ms Mo Li from UNSW Australia: 'Towards meaningful consumption-based planetary boundary indicators: The phosphorus exceedance footprint'.

Please drop me en email if you are interested mo.li3@unsw.edu.au

Thanks and kind regards,

Mo
