4th ISIE Americas & the Caribbean 2026: Call for Abstracts & Special Sessions

Following up on our previous announcement, we are pleased to invite submissions for the 4^th ISIE Americas & the Caribbean Conference, 3 - 6 November 2026, and hosted by Universidad de los Andes in Bogotá, Colombia.

This conference brings together researchers, practitioners, and policymakers to explore how Industrial Ecology and Circular Economy can address the sustainability challenges of the Americas and the Caribbean, with a strong focus on Global South perspectives, inclusion, and real-world impact. 

We welcome contributions on topics including:

• Industrial Ecology tools for Circular Economy
• Transdisciplinary approaches and innovation
• Informal economy and circularity
• Just and equitable transitions
• Circular business practices
• Local and ancestral knowledge

📄 Submit an extended abstract (~500 words) for:

• Oral presentations
• Poster presentations
• Special sessions (e.g., panels, workshops)
