Important dates
- September 30th: Deadline for session description submission
- November 30th : IE day!
How to submit a session?
We welcome sessions on any industrial ecology topic with two session formats: Regular sessions and workshops. Please try to keep your session to 60 minutes. The committee will be accepting a 90 min workshop whose interactive character justifies the need for extra time.
Your session will be managed by one IE day organizing team member that will act as node for all sessions in their time and geographical zone. Their role is to avoid overlapping as much as possible. We will maintain the proposed time or come back to you with options if there is competition for your slot.
Please consider:
- Firming up your description (you have all presenters/organizers and approximate agreed timing) before submitting it.
- Submitting your session only once and by September 30th
- We welcome sessions scheduled between Nov 30th 00.00 and 23.59 on your time zone. However, in order to maximize participation, please consider running your session between 7.00 and 15.00 local time.
- Please double check your time zone in the form
- Please be sure that you have your own virtual participation system in place (e.g. MS Teams, Zoom, GoTo Webinar, etc.) as we will ask for the registration links and/or and virtual room links as well as the description and the links to advertising sites.
Submit your sessions details on this Google Form :
