POSTER Session for Africa-Europe-Americas
Welcome to the Africa-Europe-Americas Poster Session of the IE Day!
The online poster sessions are the most intricate part of the IE Day. Here comes the relevant info:
(1) ALL Posters are displayed in convenient grouping on a MIRO board (<-Link!) for you to have a look at any time during the event and event after it, until midnight Wednesday 23 June (UTC-10:00).
(2) During the first 45 minutes of the time slot reserved for this poster session (17:00-17:45 UTC), a Zoom meeting with live 3min poster pitches from poster presenters will be held. The list of pitches is shown in the table below. You get access to the Zoom meeting link by registering for this session, see button below! The meeting with have two breakout rooms, so that two pitches run in parallel at a given time.
(3) During the second half of the time slot reserved for this poster session (17:45-19:00 UTC), Q&A and networking conversations between poster presenters and conference participants will be facilitated in the IE Day's networking area, the ‘Wonder’ room. All poster presenters are asked to be available in the Wonder room until the end of the session to engage in a discussion with the visitors.
