The US and China both play particularly important roles in global sustainability.
The goal of this Forum is to create an opportunity for leading experts from both the U.S. and China to share progresses, challenges, and prospects on environmental sustainability and find common interests to collaborate.

The Forum will have seven sessions on important topics in environment and sustainability. Each session will feature four speakers invited from both the U.S. and China. The topics of these sessions include:

  • Air Pollution and Quality
  • Circular Economy
  • Climate, Carbon and Energy
  • Ecosystems
  • Environmental Health
  • Sustainable Development and Public Policy
  • Water Systems

Important for out-of-town participants:
Since October 5, 2019 will be a home game for University of Michigan football team as well as the homecoming weekend, hotels in Ann Arbor are filled quickly. If you are interested in attending the Forum, we strongly suggest you to book your stay as soon as possible.
