I am currently looking for 2-3 volunteers who can help the ISIE council and president in the planning and preparation of future ISIE events. The main task of the ad-hoc committee will be to consider the schedule of regional events, biannual conferences, Gordon conferences, section and topical events for the 2020-2022 time horizon; the planning process, announcements, and application material. It is expected that the committee prepares a recommendation to the council in the spring of 2019. If you are interest, please write a short motivational email to president@is4ie.org with a copy to info@is4ie.org and attach your CV or point to your professional home page. Young researchers are encouraged to apply.
