Speaker bio: Dr. Pan He is an interdisciplinary researcher focused on the interactions between socioeconomic systems and the natural environment. She studies how human behavior, especially food consumption, influences environmental and health outcomes and how policy can encourage more sustainable choices. In this talk, Dr. He will explore the global food–environment–health nexus from a consumption-side perspective, shedding light on how dietary patterns, environmental sustainability, and public health are deeply interconnected.
