Dear ISIE members,
Thank you to all who have submitted abstracts for the 11th International Conference on Industrial Ecology (ISIE2023) in Leiden, the Netherlands, from July 2 to 5, 2023.
Over 900 abstracts were submitted to the conference! This perhaps unprecedented number of submissions is evidence of the huge growth of our research field, its relevance and impacts. Due to this, the scientific committee and organizing committee require more time to review them all. The notification of abstract acceptance is delayed to 31 March 2023.
In the meantime, conference registration is already open. Early Bird registration prices will be available until 16 April 2023. Due to limited rooms in Leiden in July, please already consider booking your accommodation in Leiden or nearby in The Hague, just a short train ride away!
We are also pleased to inform you that scholarship applications are open to students and early career researchers, organized by the Student Section of the ISIE.
Students and postdocs are also encouraged to participate in the pre-conference Symposium on Industrial Ecology for Young Professionals (SIEYP).
Further exciting pre-conference workshops and satellite events, open to all, will be announced soon.
