The Metabolism of Islands research group is looking to recruit a strong PhD student with background in systems / agent-based / risk modelling, and/or GIS skills at the Faculty of Environment, University of Waterloo, Canada. The student will be part of a team that will conduct socio-metabolic risk analysis in Small Island Developing States (SIDS), and its applicability for climate change adaptation policies and action.
