Our blog at http://isie-sem.blogspot.com.au has been a little quiet lately. Your contributions are very welcome! The blog gets plenty of traffic (over 1100 hits to date) so is a great way to describe and promote your institutions, advertise conferences and jobs, and alert international colleagues to recent research and publications. Showcasing institutes, especially, has been a very popular feature. Please send articles (and images if available) to karin.hosking@csiro.au. They don’t need to be long – 200 to 300 words are plenty – and we have an in-house editor if you have any concerns about your English. We look forward to receiving your contributions.
