About

My research focuses on the material availability for lithium-ion batteries in the electric mobility sector, particularly, in how their supply could be ensured through recycling. To this end, I use modelling techniques such as material flow analysis to investigate the different options to solve this problem, model intended and unintended consequences of these options, and support decision making for politicians and industry stakeholders.

Details

I am a PhD candidate in the Industrial Ecology Programme in Prof. Daniel B. Müller's group. I have a background in Physics (BSc.) which I completed at the Technical University of Berlin (TUB) in 2017 and in Energy Management and Sustainability (MSc.) from EPFL with an emphasis on energy storage and dynamic modelling completed in 2019.
