Ravinder Dhiman is a full-time PhD Student at the Centre for Urban Science and Engineering (CUSE), Indian Institute of Technology Bombay, India, where his research focuses on developing geospatial methods and tools for synergizing the anthropogenic development and natural ecosystem in coastal cities. Before this role, he worked for two years as senior project fellow at Physical Oceanography Division, CSIR - National Institute of Oceanography, Dona Paula, Goa, India. He is an engineer by training and holds M.Tech. degree in Environmental Management and his research interest includes the application of GIS and decision science for coastal resource management.
