Postdoctoral Fellow in Modelling Global Sustainable Development Pathways

Organization: Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU)

Department: The Department of Energy and Process Engineering

Type: PhD and Postdoc Positions

Integrated Assessment Models are the main workhorses in advising policy makers on how the world can stabilize the climate. They contain little information on the life cycle of products beyond energy supply chains. In this project, we are seeking to provide more detail on specific mitigation actions and their life-cycle environmental and employment impacts. We have a strong track record on LCA related to energy, transport, buildings, forestry and land use, carbon footprint analysis, and work with integrated assessment modelers at PIK and IIASA. Join our team!
