At the Department of Business Studies and Economics, the Chair of Sustainability Management at the TU Kaiserslautern seeks to fill the position of a Post-Doc (“Habilitand/in”) without tenure option. 

This position is available immediately. The regular teaching load will be 4 hours per week. Salary: pay grade TV-L (with a limited contract of 5 years).

What we expect from you: 

  • Very well completed empirical dissertation in Business Economics, Business Studies and Economics or Social Sciences, Industrial Engineering or similar courses of study 
  • Great interest in sustainability management, sustainable innovation or public & nonprofit management/partnerships 
  • Qualified teaching experience at universities 
  • Proficiency in the German and English languages 

The federal state of Rhineland Palatinate and the TU Kaiserslautern represent a supervision concept in which a high presence of faculty members is expected at the university location.
