Based in the beautiful region of Helgeland, Norway, this program offers a one-year position with competitive conditions and diverse job tasks in various companies.
As a trainee in Kandidat Helgeland, you will have the opportunity to develop both professionally and personally through participation in courses in strength-based leadership and network-building. Additionally, you will have the chance to learn more about the region through business visits, study trips, and social gatherings, as well as unique experiences. You will also be part of a supportive trainee community, with opportunities to create a large professional and cross-disciplinary network.
One of the companies in the program is SINTEF Helgeland, a regional technological-industrial research institute that specializes in sustainable economy, future production, and digitalization. You will have access to the entire SINTEF network's knowledge and collaborate with the region's existing environment for research, development, and innovation, with a focus on projects related to industrial ecology, sustainability and circular economy.
