The new Data Sciences Institute (DSI) at the University of Toronto currently has an open call for the first Data Sciences Institute Postdoctoral Fellowships. The DSI is a central hub and incubator for data science research, training, and partnerships at the University of Toronto. It's goal is to accelerate the impact of data sciences across disciplines to address pressing societal questions and to drive positive social change. DSI is focused on training the next generation of data science scholars.
The DSI Postdoctoral Fellowships are designed to support multi/interdisciplinary training and collaborative research in data sciences that include faculty from the University of Toronto and partner sponsoring institutes. More details are available at the attached link.
In particular, I am hoping to attract applications for those interested in studying bottom up built environment MFA who also have a strong background in data science. The co-supervision support would come from Shoshanna Saxe (Civil Engineering) and Elias Khalil (Industrial Engineering) at U of T.
Please note this is a competitive fellowship and applications need to go directly to the DSI. Please feel free to get in touch with questions.
