Postdoctoral Fellowship position on Circular Economy in Pharmaceutical Industry

Lilian Gilbreth Postdoctoral Fellowship opening at Purdue University. The fellowship is open for international candidates and provides generous support for career development. The selected candidate will also have opportunity to collaborate on our newly funded US National Science Foundation project on implementing Circular Economy in future manufacturing. This will provide a highly interdisciplinary collaborative environment with mentors from widely different fields. Partnerships with industries are also planned, providing an environment of industry-academia partnership for next generation of workforce development in Circular Economy. We are seeking candidates with experience in Life Cycle Assessment, Input-Output models and programming (Python, Matlab). Additonal experience in Process Modeling or Mechanistic modeling will be advantageous for successful candidates. Preferred backgrounds but not limited to - Chemical Engineering, Biological Engineering, Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, Physics and other related fields.
